How to use dried rosebuds?
Used in certain oriental spice blends such as Ras el Hanout and also used in Iranian and Syrian Iraqi cuisine, rosebuds are mainly used in infusion.
Two rosebuds will be enough to flavor an infusion, combined with other herbs or simply pure. Some people use it to season red meats at the end of cooking.
