1) Mode and delivery charges
We offer 2 delivery method:

- Standard
- Express by DHL

Shipping costs are offered from 79 € purchase in Standard delivery.

2) Shipping time
For any item available in stock, the shipping time is approximately one working day if the order is placed before 12h and about three (24h to 48h) working days after, subject to the method of payment.

Cases of force majeure delaying or prohibiting the delivery of the goods such as natural disasters, total or partial strike (this list is not exhaustive), allow us to cancel totally or partially the delivery of an order without qu we may be entitled to compensation or damages as a result.
Important: Souk Oriental is not responsible for delays due to La Poste

3) Calculation
Shipping costs are calculated according to the weight of each order, they will be charged to the customer and they apply for each order.
The amount of the transport is calculated in before the validation of the order. Transport is provided by La Poste.
As soon as you select your delivery address, your cart is automatically updated with the amount of the shipping costs corresponding to the destination you have chosen.

Shipping charges are the responsibility of the buyer. Being variable according to the type of order (amount, nature, volume), they will be indicated on the quotations or the invoices which precede the order.

4) Delivery and payment method
Souk Oriental is authorized to make partial deliveries.
Any partial delivery accepted by the buyer is subject to invoicing before shipment.

In any case, the shipping time will not begin until the payment of the order.

5) Reserves and claims
It is the responsibility of the recipient to make the usual reservations upon receipt of the equipment if he notices damage to the equipment transported
At the legal level, the consignee, at the presentation of the packages, must carry out a check in quality and quantity of the packages delivered and, if necessary, make reservations. These must be written on the carriers document, real and complete. This is why the references "subject to unpacking or control" and "open package" are not sufficiently precise and can not engage the responsibility of the post office and the shipper.
These reservations and complaints must be sent to the company Souk Oriental within three (3) days of receipt of the products by mail.

The claim must be made at the nearest post office to declare a report.

In the case of a loss of package during transport, investigation times can and take from one to six weeks.
For any error of delivery address or need for forwarding, the shipping costs will be borne by the buyer.
