The Berkouk, Aich - 'Ich or M'hamsa is called a complete meal served usually with vegetables and chicken in a delicious red sauce. It is done with grains of semolina.

recipe:
Fry a chopped onion in olive oil. Add chicken and brown cut.
Add the tomato paste, vegetables (chickpeas, carrots, turnips, zucchini, beans, potatoes ..) and add water to cover vegetables and the ras el hanout and a little cumin.
Rotate the pot about 15 to 20 minutes.
Once the sauce ready, add the ich and simmer over low heat, stirring about 20 minutes.
