Ruspina  is an Extra Virgin olive oil of exceptional quality because it is extracted from olives selected from the Sahel region, which is considered among the best soils of Tunisia (6 million trees). This oil is then cold pressed using methods developed over the years.

Ruspina  is distinguished by its golden color, intense bouquet and delicate flavor, making it an ideal ingredient, no cholesterol, for seasoning salads and cooking.
