For millennia, the Harkous, after the Tunisian tradition, is an ink made so precious by the great ancient Tunisian mother
It's a secret recipe held by resident Jammal that are passed from generation to generation.
To prepare this ink, the elements are present, such as gall which is also used also in Arabic calligraphy, the Siwak (extract from the bark of trees), cloves, etc ... The mixture is then put into a clay pot that will be sealed with flour and cooked in charcoal for several hours.
Our harkous sold is in the form of viscous black ink with a particular smell (that of a wood fire). It can be applied with the help of stencils with a needle or a toothpick. You will see that the ink in the tube is viscous and very concentrated. This is why it is you make the liquid harkous at your convenience for the application. It is therefore advisable to mix a few drops (not too), perfumes or alcoholic product if you find it too thick.
Each vial contains some millitres concentrate harkous. (allows for tattoos on average about 2 hands and 2 feet)
REMEMBER TO MIX WELL BEFORE USING THE TUBE.
Allow to dry as long as possible in the open air without rinsing (not wet for 24 hours minimum).
When performing, the tattoo is black. It will then become dark brown for a few days, since it's final color.

For a better life after the harkous be applied henna or sprinkle talcum powder on the parts books. To prolong this tattoo even more ephemeral, it is advisable to rinse especially not the part designed for a day and a night.
