Ghassoul is a natural clay rich in minerals and trace elements used since the Middle Ages by Moroccan women for their eastern and hair care. This clay is extracted from the only known deposits in the world, located along the Middle Atlas of Morocco.
The Rasul (also known as Rassoul or ghassoul) means "land that washes."
Its odor is similar to the natural flavor of hazelnut. It does not add a flower essence, rose geranium or for their soothing effects.
